During our recent stay at a hotel in Bangkok, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and well-maintained rooms. Despite the hotel's age, it didn't show at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also convenient, being close to a Sky Train station, making it easy for us to explore all of Bangkok. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, both Thai and Western, and the restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. The highlight for us was definitely the friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception and housekeeping teams. The gym and pool were a nice addition, allowing us to stay active and relax during our stay.

Great breakfast options and super comfy beds! Loved the location close to local food markets and easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating and made the check-in process a breeze.
Our New Year's stay was marred by the lack of cleanliness in our room. Despite indicating that we needed extra attention given to the room due to allergies, there were visible signs of dust and dirt on surfaces.

I visited this hotel during Christmas and I have to say that the decorations were beautiful! The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel is located in a convenient area close to shops and public transportation.
I had a few issues during my stay. The WiFi was incredibly weak in my room and the water pressure in the shower was lacking.
